The hose does the job fine, so it’s not a total miss, but I kind of regret not checking out a few other options first. The reel is bulkier than I expected and a little awkward to move around, which makes it less convenient than I was hoping. For the price, I thought the design would feel a bit more polished and easier to use.

Shopping on the site wasn’t a great experience for me. The pages were loading slowly, and the checkout process felt clunky. I had to go back twice to fix things, and at times I felt kind of left in the dark about what was wrong or what I needed to do next. The products looked fine, but actually buying them ended up being way more annoying than it should’ve been.

The hose itself seems fine so far, but getting it mounted on the wall was more hassle than I expected. The fixings didn’t really give me much confidence for my brick wall, and I didn’t want to risk it coming loose later, so I ended up taking extra time to make sure it was secure. The instructions were bare-bones too, which didn’t help. It got done in the end, but it definitely wasn’t as straightforward as I’d hoped.

I ordered a hose reel with a couple of extra fittings, thinking I’d get everything set up over the weekend. When the box showed up, it had the wrong connector in it and one of the nozzles was missing, so that plan went out the window.
The stuff that did arrive seemed decent enough, which made it more frustrating. Weirdly, I remember the box had this bright green packing tape on one corner like someone had patched it up in a hurry, and I kept wondering if that had anything to do with the mix-up.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took a few days, and I had to explain the order twice before it felt like they understood what was missing. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely more hassle than I wanted for a simple garden order.

I bought the Hoselink spray gun and it was good at first, but after a few weeks the spray settings started getting weak and it began leaking around the handle. For the price, I expected it to last a lot longer. The hose itself has been fine, so no complaints there, but the gun was disappointing. I also got stuck in a bit of a support loop trying to sort it out, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.
